Stand Redevelopment

Displayed with this document are conceptual pictures of a proposed redevelopment of the current BTC member's facilities.

We have made significant investment in the public facilities over the past few years and the returns generated by this investment through increased patronage now allow us to afford the overdue redevelopment of the member's facilities.

We can now provide you with some conceptual pictures of the redevelopment. Some key aspects of the redevelopment are;

To enhance the fitouts for members areas

To enable greater floorspace area for members

To ensure members have premium viewing areas

To develop better bookmaking facility access

Initial Costings have been prepared and we are currently investigating staging the development to ensure minimal impact on its patrons and financial position.

Plans are nearing a stage where we will be seeking the required approval of the Queensland Racing Board and see how it sits with the current State Government plans.

As a Club, we having prided ourselves on the quality of our facilities and intend to continue to provide the best facilities racing has to over in Queensland.
