Terms and Conditions
- Prize includes a meal for four people in Terraces
- Subject to availability
- The winner will be notified by email
- Prize cannot be used during Brisbane Racing Carnival or Melbourne Cup/Spring Carnival
- Must be redeemed within six months of being notified
- Bookings essential
- Winners under 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible guardian at all times
- Does not include any beverages
- Terraces dining patrons must be suitably dressed in smart casual attire. No rubber thongs or sandals allowed
General Conditions
- No footballs or balloons are permitted on this racecourse.
- Children 17 years old and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- No alcohol is to be brought onto the course.
- No metal, sharp or glass objects will be allowed on course.
- Any product brought onto the course must not contain any commercially labelled objects. No product brought onto the course is to be taken into the proximity of any food outlet, dining areas or function boxes.
- Brisbane Turf Club reserves the right to confiscate any non-conforming items and to check goods at the gate and on course.
- Patrons may be photographed, filmed or recorded at the racecourse and each patron acknowledges and agrees that Brisbane Turf Club may use any such image, film or recording in its sole discretion and without the need to account to or obtain any further consent from the patron.
