Terms & Conditions of Course Entry |

- No footballs, balloons or balls of any nature are permitted on this racecourse.
- Reciprocal rights with the Brisbane Turf Club only applies to the members stand. Admission must be paid into the course.
- Children 17 years old and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- No alcohol is to be brought onto the course.
- No metal, sharp or glass objects will be allowed on course.
- Any product brought onto the course must not contain any commercially labelled objects. No product brought onto the course is to be taken into the proximity of any food outlet, dining areas or function boxes.
- Brisbane Turf Club reserves the right to confiscate any non-conforming items and to check goods at the gate and on course.
- Patrons may be photographed, filmed or recorded at the racecourse and each patron acknowledges and agrees that Brisbane Turf Club may use any such image, film or recording in its sole discretion and without the need to account to or obtain any further consent from the patron.
Patrons are not permitted to take, record, sell, publish, disseminate or reproduce in any form, for commercial purposes, any still or moving image or any sound recording of any event at the racecourse.
